What Does Robert Burns, Google Adsense, Cherry Cola, and Joel Have in Common
Normally…nothing, but tonight they have everything in common.
Every random post I write always has a similar theme. A theme like, I will write this blog more often. I promise. Today I make no promises, I only tell a story of inspiration about a man over coming all obstac…blah blah.
Here’s the truth. I’m liquored.
I always keep this blog at the back of my mind. I constantly think about how thing used to be, when I would get drunk and spit out a nugget of information on a daily basis. Well shortly after my appendix ruptured I lost my mojo, and I couldn’t drink for a month, plus I ended up having to get a job because it seemed that I could not live on adense.
Well tonight I grabbed a bottle of Robert Burns whiskey out of the liquor cabinet and decided to start drinking. Normally I am ‘drink the whiskey straight’ kind of guy. But tonight I decided that I should mix it with some cherry cola that I had in the fridge. What a powerful combination! So of course after 4 Robbie Cherry Colas I got to thinking about how I used to drink during the day and dream about google adsense.
So I started to dream about google adsense I also decided to do something that I have been meaning to do for a while but never got around to doing. I went ahead and purchased a copy of Joel Comm’s Adsense Secrets 4. I have been putting this off for a while, and I am not sure why. I did the same thing with the Rich Jerk book. The Rich Jerk book only cost $10 yet for some reason I kept putting it off. Turns out it was one of the best ebooks I have ever purchased (for some reason I have no problem shelling out $97 for other ebooks). So I ponied up the $10 to purchase Joel Comm’s Adsense Secrets 4, which apparently the original version in 2005 used to sell for $97. So I figure I could afford the $10. Besides, you can’t join the affiliate program until you purchase the book.
I have found that in my IM experiences is that focus is the key to success. I always have so many projects on the backburner and I come up with at a minimum of at least 2-3 new ideas per day. Although I have promised continued updates on this blog, I will not make any promises, I will just say that with Joel Comm’s book in hand I have renewed vigor towards making money online. My goal is to follow Joel’s book to the letter and start bringing in those adsense pennies!
I hope to keep constant updates here, as I focus all of my IM efforts towards bringing in a second adsense cheque

Oscar, I have stopped putting off…trust me. I am in full adsense mode. I just hope that I can keep up the pace. Most of my regular readers know that I can be pretty inconsistent and stop writing at a moments notice. Hopefully I will have the conviction to continue on my journey.
